Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats, soaked overnight in water and drained
- 2 scoops Colostrum Plus Immulox Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup water
