Who doesn’t love a classic apple pie? We’ve decided to turn the classic into a smoothie you won’t be able to resist. Packed with fiber, the oats and apple added to this smoothie will keep you full until your next meal, while the ice makes it satisfyingly thick without adding extra calories. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats, soaked overnight in water and drained
  • 2 scoops Colostrum Plus Immulox Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water
