Super-Food Smoothie Recipe

Who doesn’t love a good cherry? Cherries are packed with the antioxidants C + E which help support your good health. Cherries also contain melatonin which may help you sleep better at night.* The mixture of coconut water in this smoothie acts like an electrolyte that helps hydrate your body and give energy, perfect as a morning or pre/post workout smoothie. Here’s what you’ll need:


1 cup pitted cherries, frozen
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1  1/2 cups  of coconut water or your choice of (almond milk, cashew milk, etc.)
2 tablespoons Symbiotics Colostrum Plus Powder 
1 tablespoon goji berry
1 tablespoon chia seed
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
