Winter Blast Pomegranate Smoothie Recipe

Does a healthy and delicious smoothie sound better than the same old boring breakfast food you have every morning? Drinking a healthy smoothie in the morning can set the pace for a more active you and you’ll eat healthier throughout the day.

It’s pomegranate season and what better way to reap the benefits of the pomegranate then by putting them in a green smoothie? Pomegranates add a rich flavor and an extra dose of antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber. Here’s what you’ll need for this Winter Blast Smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Symbiotics Colostrum Powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (almond milk optional)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate

Blend and enjoy.
